Membership:​

1.  Membership shall consist of persons who have applied for membership who have been accepted unanimously by the members present at a club meeting, and who have paid their subscriptions.



2. Membership shall consist of five groups:

A.  Senior Members .............................................   18 years and over

B.  Junior Members ..............................................   Under 18 years

C.  Family Members ............................................   Two or more people of the same family living                                                      at the same address

D.  Life Members ...............................................    A member or non-member who is considered to have made a significant contribution to the club or to the hobby as whole may be nominated for life membership by a motion at the Annual General Meeting or a Special Meeting called for the purpose.  Life members shall number no more than five at any one time.



3.  No junior member under 15 years of age will be taken on a field trip unless accompanied by a parent or an adult responsible for him/her.

4. Meetings shall be open to all, but only financial members shall have power to vote.  Maximum of two votes for a family membership.



5.  Resignation of a member shall be accepted by word or in writing.

6.  The club shall have the right to terminate the membership of any member for non payment of fees or for behaviour deemed to be contrary to the well being of the club.
